So it has been a while since we have posted anything with substance to this fancy blog of ours. (Sorry to anyone who really checks this for updates on the lives of the Bergs!!!) We, like everyone else in this crazy world, have been busy with the ho-hum of everyday life. A quick recap:
Liala turned 2 in April and we had a party for her and a few of her little friends. I think it went really well and Liala talked about it for days afterwards!! I think she enjoyed the little bunny rabbit the most. She chased "hop hop" around the screened in porch and had a blast trying to catch it!
Ryan has been traveling for work a bit these days and is seeing a lot of success in his job. We are so proud of how hard he is working, and how well he is doing! We recently followed Ryan on a trip he took for work to Williamsburg where Liala and I visited Virginia Beach for a few days! I forgot the camera both days so there are no pictures to share but we had a great time! Liala is a water baby in every sense of the word. Or should I say a sand baby! She touched the ocean once and then spent the rest of the time enjoying the sand in between her toes! We will have such a great time this summer when we head to the beach in North Carolina!
As for me, I was finally seen by a Pulmonologist who helped me overcome my issue with Bronchitis. I am so glad to be well again after being sick for so long! Thank heavens for doctors.
And the biggest news of all is the news about the sex of our little baby! We found out on the 5th of May that Liala will be a big sister in September to a little baby BROTHER!!! We are so excited, but are having a hard time thinking of boy names. It seemed much easier picking out girls' names. We still have a few months to go so we have plenty of time to find the perfect name for our new addition!

WOW! I don't think I knew you were expecting! Congrats on having a baby BOY! Thats soo exciting! Sounds like you and your cute little family are doing great! I'm glad your not sick anymore. I've been sick forever it seems... I loved visiting Williamsburg in high school, I bet you had a blast there. Keep smiling friend! I miss you!

excuse me I don't think I new you were pregnant, did you call me and like a space cadet i forgot? what a lame friend I am, oh i am so excited for you, jamie boys are so much fun, and you need one of both so you can experience the two different worlds, they are sooooo different!! I am sure you will find an adorable name, you don't have much more time left, you should put that baby count down widget on your blog so we can be updated on how much time you have left. I am so excited for you boys are soo much fun!!
